How to use a Form
Communicate | Educate | Training Videos
Printed forms are sometimes difficult to understand, but a training video can fix that problem. The bus drivers in Las Vegas, Nevada were having a difficult time figuring out all of the information given to them on how to drive their bus route. content-smith LLC’s largest client, Transdev, needed a way to pervasively explain how a form is used and read.
A new software system created a newly formatted paddle (form) that was confusing for the 500+ drivers to understand. Since most of the drivers began and ended their work shift in a driver lounge with two large screen TVs, it was an easy choice to run videos that explained how to read the new paddle, as well as other common things that drivers should know about.
This video explains how to use a paddle form that repeats every 15 minutes, along with other videos explaining and continually training drivers on certain topics. Videos like this provide a great way to communicate and deliver a message to many people in a cost effective way.
