Galleta Meadows
One of the most popular and unique attractions of Anza-Borrego Desert State Park is not the desert flora or fauna. It’s the over 130 giant metal “sky art” sculptures that are scattered in the open desert. Nowhere else can you drive down a desert road and see prehistoric creatures that seem to be alive and frozen in motion. They are the dream of one man and the work of a talented sculptor.
